After seeing 3 orthopedics and recommendations to have cortisone shots in my hip, I started working out with Lashe to strengthen my leg muscles and concentrate on lots of stretching. The pilates machines have been incredible and after several months, I have noticed a huge difference in my range of motion and strength. I am thankful that Lashe was able to put together a workout program that got me over my injury without having to get a cortisone shot. Following my workouts with massage and adding swimming into my regime has also contributed to my progress. City club of Buckhead is a great place to work out with incredible personal trainers and staff.
Sara has been an awesome trainer as well. She got my husband back into a work out program and for the first time in his life, he can't stand to miss his work out. She has incorporated things so that he can workout at home and out of town. She's very knowledgeable about nutrition and health as well, so she makes you conscious of what you are putting in your body and helps you to achieve the goals you set.

I have been a member of several gyms in Atlanta ranging in price,
quality and offerings. But City Club is just that...a "club." And not
in a pretentious way. Rather, there's a sense of belonging, inclusion
and encouragement...where you are on a first name basis with
instructors, staff and fellow members. The camaraderie alone can prove
to be a great incentive to go to the gym, especially when you're
looking for any excuse NOT to!

Below is what my doctor said about the test results!
I have just posted your labs in the website. Congratulations! Your weight loss efforts are paying-off!
1. You are no longer "borderline diabetic". Your HgbA1C has dropped very nicely to 5.2%.
2. Your lipid profile looks terrific: total cholesterol 154, goal < 200; LDL 76, goal < 100; HDL 65, goal > 50, this is the good, protective fraction of cholesterol.
4. You have "borderline anemia". This is probably of no signficance, but worth re-testing on your next visit, just to be sure.

On my last birthday, once again I vowed to get in shape. But this time, I changed my behavior. That was about 6 months ago. Since then I've worked out with Lashae Lowe for 30 minutes, twice a week. I'm stronger. Before I started, I could do maybe 2 pushups. Before writing this, I did 25. My core strength has improved even more dramatically. I'm no longer winded when I go up a couple of flights of stairs. My diet hasn't changed much, despite Lashae's efforts, but I've lost about 20 pounds. My favorite shorts no longer hold on my hips. I feel better.
Lashae has been both a source of exercise knowledge and motivation. The workouts are varied and at times intense, yet he has been really good at accommodating my old knee and back injuries (none of which relate to my current exercise regimen). I have the "good kind" of muscle soreness the day after almost every workout that tells me my body is changing for the better.
I have truly benefitted by working out with Lashae.
