Bing Bunch

Fitness consultant that specializes in developing customized strength and conditioning programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels. . During the past 14 years, I have worked with hundreds of clients from all over the World. I was seen in Vogue, Shape, Glamour, GQ, and Runners World as a fitness model for Nike.

Training Philosophy

All bodies are different and training regimes should be designed accordingly. Programming should be safe, effective, modified as the client progresses, fun and motivational. I don't believe in taking shortcuts. Training hard is key in reaching our goals, but I also don't believe in sacrificing the structural integrity of the body by performing exercises that can possibly do harm. I think both intensity and duration are important factors in an exercise routine. However, I believe that intensity plays a larger role. Moderate to high intensity exercise is necessary to reach fitness goals

Favorite Exercise

My most favorite form of training is Spinning. Spinning is superior for cardiovascular fitness. It is a great way to develop lower body muscle while decreasing body fat. I also enjoy the journey!!! I can imagine that I am cycling anywhere in the world. Spinning keeps me motivated. Whether I am having a high day or a low day, doing a spin class allows me to train according to how I feel, while getting a great workout.
